Yes! Every new pond gets a 30-day free trial with full access to all features. No credit card required to start.
What happens after the trial?
You can continue using Frogcake by choosing a plan. If you don't upgrade, you can still view and complete existing tasks, but you won't be able to add new ones.
Why is the second seat free?
We believe productivity is better together. Whether it's a spouse, assistant, or collaborator — your first teammate is on us.
Can I change plans later?
Absolutely. You can switch between monthly and annual billing anytime. If you switch to annual, you'll get credit for any unused monthly time.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) through Stripe. We don't store your card details — Stripe handles all payment processing securely.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. There are no long-term contracts. Cancel anytime and you'll retain access until the end of your billing period.
Do you offer refunds?
If you're not satisfied within the first 14 days of a paid subscription, contact us for a full refund. After that, we don't offer prorated refunds, but you can cancel anytime.
